Terms and Conditions for MindfulPPL Membership

Introduction

By signing up for a MindfulPPL membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which govern the relationship between you (the member) and MindfulPPL (the service provider).

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By registering for a membership, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that all information provided during the registration process is accurate and complete.

Membership Fees and Payment

Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Payments can be made via accepted payment methods listed on the MindfulPPL website. By subscribing, you authorize MindfulPPL to charge the membership fee to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, as specified during registration (e.g., monthly or annually).

Membership Benefits

Members will have access to exclusive content, resources, and features provided by MindfulPPL. Benefits are subject to change and may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

Account Security

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and agree not to share their login information with any third party. Members must notify MindfulPPL immediately if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials provided by MindfulPPL are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sharing of content is strictly prohibited.

Membership Exclusivity

Your MindfulPPL membership is exclusive to you and non-transferable. Sharing your membership with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized sharing of membership benefits or content may result in the termination of your membership without a refund.

Content Usage

As a MindfulPPL member, you agree not to copy, distribute, or share any content provided by MindfulPPL without express written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, articles, videos, and meditation guides. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of MindfulPPL content is a violation of these terms and may result in the termination of your membership.

Food and Drink Disclaimer

MindfulPPL strives to provide a diverse range of food and drink options for our members. However, please be aware that we are not a nut-free facility. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that MindfulPPL is not responsible for any allergic reactions or other health issues that may arise from consuming our food and drink offerings. Members are responsible for making informed decisions regarding their dietary needs and restrictions.

Membership Cancellation Policy

To cancel your MindfulPPL membership, a written request must be submitted at least 14 days before your next scheduled payment. Cancellation requests received within 14 days of your next payment may not be processed in time to prevent the upcoming charge. No refunds will be issued for late cancellation requests.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

MindfulPPL provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindfulPPL disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from the use of its services.

MindfulPPL reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
