Yoga + Movement

A perfect practice to start your weekend + energize your morning. Combining breath, functional movement, flexibility and strength, this class is sure to leave you feeling grounded and inspired.

Hatha is the classic practice of yoga. It offers 84 root Asanas and expands to infinite possibilities in hybrid poses. We will create space to explore more advanced poses that we don't have a chance to in a regular yoga class. This is the class for you if you're someone who wants to push your practice to another level gradually and mindfully. Pranayamas (breath), Asanas (poses), Mudras (energy gestures), Vikalpa (visualizations), Dhyana (yogic meditative absorption).

This practice is the classic, ancient Kundalini lineage from North of India, The Himalayas. Prepare yourself to connect to your energy centres, vibrate Bijha Mantras (seed syllables) and expand the mind through visualizations.

Mindful Movement and Mudra - Mindful Yoga
Yoga for all, including curious beginners or those who have given up on yoga for different reasons. This is the practice for you. take time to explore each one of the 8 Limbs - Anghas - it includes philosophy and practice.Mudras: Discover the power of your hands, arms, eyes, and body with simple yet sophisticated and powerful gestures connecting body and mind. The gestures are paired with breathing and visualizations.

Perfect for those who wish to have a fully connected yoga experience: mind, body and breath. This Hatha practice is intentionally sequenced to stretch and strengthen the body, while inviting in a deep sense of mindful awareness.

Start your week with the classic Hatha Yoga practice. The eyes are the window of the mind. Practice how to improve focus and clarity with these ancient exercises + Pranayama. Explore a variety of poses and enhance your focus and presence with Drishti and Trataka. This will be a half yoga, half meditation practice.
Breathwork

Experience the power of your breath in this guided Wim Hof breathwork journey. Move stagnant air, energy and emotion and untap your true potential. This session is intended to take you our of your head and bring awareness back into your body. Benefits of breathwork include but are not limited to: lowered inflammation and pain, reduced anxiety, sense of groundedness, joy feeling of belongkng, better sleep, increased energy, boosted creativity, stronger relationships with higher self and others, and stronger immune system.

Experience a variety of breathing practices from activating to relaxing pranayamas. Each practice will be paired with sound healing. Every breathing practice will guide us into a profound meditative state when we sit and surrender at the end of the session.
Meditation

Through mantra repetition, you’ll release positive energy that helps dissipate negative thoughts and stress. Repetition or chanting mantra helps release the positive energy that decreases the negative thoughts or stress. Chanting mantras calms the mind. Studies have found that even as little as 10 minutes can help decrease anxiety and depressive symptoms in the body. text goes here

A Buddhist term meaning “loving”, “friendship”, and “kindness”-- Metta helps cultivate a positive mindset that starts with self-compassion and flourishes outwards. You’ll develop a love for yourself, your family, your partner, and love for those who you may not see eye to eye with. Metta is also a wonderful healing practice for losses, soothing the heart, mending karmic relationships with people from the present and past and also to manifest loving experiences in life more easily.
